It has a 6 axis gyroscope for EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). The company claims that it can be used up to 30 Meters under water. the Case has provision for 2 buttons which enable the power on / Off, Mode change and Record Start/stop. Once the Device is in the Case, it is totally water proof, provided the Case is sealed properly and there are no cracks on it. It is NOT waterproof by itself and cannot be used underwater directly, but it comes with a WaterProof Case. The Device is WaterProof when used with the WaterProof case. Considering other factors, on a full battery you could easily get between 60 – 90 minutes if not 100 minutes of recording time. Now this was with No Movement of the device, with not Remote or WiFi connection on. This means the battery can hold the charge for about about 100 minutes.
I did a test, where I started the Video Recording and left it on till the battery died, and it took 1 hour 40 minutes.
It comes with 2 Batteries having 1100mAh capacity each. 
It comes with a 20MP ultra wide angle lens, which lets you shoot photos in 20MP/16MP/14MP/10MP/8MP.Thought the Battery Compartment door hinge could be made stronger as it sometimes feels like it may break if you are not careful with it. It does not feel like you are holding a flimsy piece of plastic. The Body Quality feels strong, which a rubber mat finish.the Higher FPS values can be used to record better Slow-motion and Time-Lapse Videos. Recording at 30 FPS is ideal for human viewing which lets us watch the video Smoothly.
A normal Video that we watch on TV or in Cinema would be at about 24 frames per Second.
The Higher the Number of Frames, the more details that can be captured to make the Video Smooth. The FPS is the number of Frames recorded per second. Lets take a quick dive into all the Pros of this device. The AKASO V50 Pro has all the above features, and more. You don’t want to waste your time and frustrate your self with a complex Navigation system.
Image Stabilization because you don’t want unwanted shakes and tremors distorting the video and making it unviewable. Waterproofing because you would want to use your Action Camera to record underwater or in the rains, and we all know how well liquids can damage any electronic gadget. Battery Life because you are going to be on the move with not access to charging options and you need something portable which would record your long duration activities. The Lens Mega Pixel because its no fun if the quality of the Videos or Photos are not great. After all it is an action camera and is going to be used in a rough way. The Body Quality should be sturdy, such that even if it is dropped, it should survive the impact. Video Resolution as the higher the resolution the more the clarity. But before I dive into the details of the review, here are some important features that we would look for in an Action Camera. I will detail all the features and benefits and also the Issues. I have had the Device for about a week, and have tested it in the rain, under cold water, in low light and bright light, indoor and outdoor. There are other also like the, Dragon Touch, Noise, SJCam, and many many more, which fall in the lower price range between 5,000 /- to 15,000 /- Indian Rupees. The GoPro branded Action Camera is one of the most renowned ones, and mostly when you tell people you have an Action Camera, they’d either think you own a GoPro or they wouldn’t know what you are talking about unless you said “GoPro” or “like a GoPro”.īut there are Many other Brands and Models of Action Cameras like the DJI OSMO which is equally well known among the Action Camera users and is in the similar Performance and Price Range as the GoPro, which would be somewhere around 20,000 /- to 35,000 /- Indian rupees, and that is for the camera alone. Most people would use one to record their travels, activities and vlogs. Action Camera’s are something of a growing trend.
